Before writing

The FAQ answers the most common questions: supported formats, export quality, how long files are kept, recommended settings. It often saves time.

Reporting a problem

For a bug to be fixable, mention your device and browser, what you did in order, what you expected and what happened instead.

Please do not attach the audio file: it is not needed to diagnose the issue.

Rights holder notices

If you believe content processed by the service infringes your rights, write in stating your identity, the content concerned, the rights invoked and your standing to act. Any admissible request is handled without delay.

Because files are deleted automatically within thirty minutes, reported content has almost always already left the servers.

Exercising your data rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, withdrawal of consent: these requests receive an answer within one month.

Response times

The project is maintained by one person. Expect a few days as a rule. Blocking bugs and rights holder notices take priority.
